The World went black and her mind clouded over, there was silence, but what she saw was nothing short of roaring. The lights flickered, as they generally do in old horror films, and they looked around in fear. There was something she couldn't hear, maybe she didn't want to...
Anne, what's going? I can't hear anything... That's the first step in the process, loss of hearing. Next will come loss of bodily functions, and then loss of all self control, if i turn into something i'm not supposed to be... you know what to do... SHe thought. She was starting to lose her mind, she could't remember her name.
Serayna stay with us! It's okay, there's nothing, but... well... Anne started
Go on... what? Serayna asked. That was her name, Serayna...
There was howling... and uh... laughing... it sounded like that one rainy night weeks ago... Anne said cautiously. Anne looked around, there was something wrong, something very wrong.
"SERAYNA!!!!!!!!" Anne screamed. James rushed over and checked Serayna's pulse. He paused attempting to breathe, he looked up at Anne but he didn't have to look far, she was on the ground next to Serayna.
If you looked at them from the ceiling you would have seen yin yang... as the two girls lay in the collapsing library, with James beside them, a spiritual trade began. All of Serayna's memories, for all of Anne's blanks. Not much of a trade, but they thought it fair. Their feelings and... turn ons, so to say, stayed the same.
Outside it was a new moon, unusual time for a werewolf, but there the pack stood, one vampire among its midst, watching the library collapse. Panthris, Caliban, Aeilon, and Xavier stood at the head of the pack, their faces showed little emotion. They could feel what was going on inside and they disapproved.
Farewell.--God knows when we shall meet again.
I have a faint cold fear thrills through my veins
That almost freezes up the heat of life.
I'll call them back again to comfort me.--
My dismal scene I needs must act alone.
Were the words that echoed over the scene that lay before them. And as Panthris finished this he, with the others, threw lilacs and lilies to honor their stony grave. Lest none shall come to rescue them, in a brief yet heroic attempt.
